Physics is one of the leading natural sciences that studies the properties, structure and transformations of matter. The basic sub-disciplines of physics are classical mechanics, relativistic mechanics, quantum mechanics and the quantum field theory. A Master s degree in physics may open the way to careers in business, IT and engineering. In the MS program, students may choose from three degree plans: a research thesis, an independent study project, or course work only.
