Master of Arts degrees in Anthropology are offered in archaeology, cultural anthropology and evolutionary anthropology. Our program emphasizes a four-field approach through a series of core classes that all our graduates take in order to establish a solid foundation in Anthropology. Each program area offers specialized courses in methodological, theoretical and regional areas.
Have earned the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution. Typically, students should have completed a minimum of four years of study beyond grade 12. Have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or a B grade or better. Provide three letters of recommendation through the online application process. Official transcripts of all post-secondary education must be sent directly from the institution(s) you attended to the Graduate School. (Do not send duplicate copies of transcripts.)
