Program Overview

The Master of International Development Administration (MIDA) has been educating professionals to advance their field of interest, whether it is humanitarian work, economic development, international business, health, education or other professions involved with social and community needs. The off-campus Master of International Development Administration (MIDA) program is an interdisciplinary, interschool graduate program. On a basic level, students will explore social science foundations especially in regard to probing the meaning of people-centered development. Students will develop skills related to program planning, implementation, and evaluation and will gain knowledge in principles of organizational behavior, leadership and management as they relate to non-profit organizations.
