2 Years On Campus Masters Program
The Master of Science in Organizational Science program prepares students to be successful managers who can design and implement strategies that impact organizational effectiveness and increase productivity within the workplace. Course topics include the psychology of Human Resource Management, Group Behavior, Cultural Diversity in Organizations, Personality, Team Effectiveness, Personnel Selection, Leadership, Organizational Stress, and Training and Development. With a curriculum rigorously grounded in industrial and organizational psychology, students will learn to implement and evaluate workplace practices based on scientific evidence.
High school GPA of 3.0/4.0 (US grading scale), Interview with Admissions Representative, Test scores: TOEFL minimum required score of 80, IELTS minimum required score of 6.5 overall band. Letter of Intent/Statement of Purpose., 3 Letters of Recommendation, Introduction video and Resume/CV and Sample research/writing sample. Students with a GPA below 3.0 may be required to submit GRE or GMAT scores.
