The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and the Department of Planning, Policy and Design in the School of Social Ecology offer a concurrent degree program that allows students to earn both a master s in civil engineering and a master s in urban and regional planning in two years, instead of more than three years if these degrees were pursued sequentially.
