Program Overview

The Department of Emergency Medicine at Queen s University, located in beautiful and historic Kingston, Ontario. We provide emergency care for 80,000 ill and injured patients a year at the regional trauma and tertiary care centre at Kingston General Hospital and the Urgent Care Centre at Hotel Dieu Hospital.We have a bright and energetic faculty who benefit from the experience and wisdom of some of Canada s first Emergency Medicine specialists. Our physicians provide academic and clinical expertise in the areas of pre-hospital care, toxicology, resuscitation, simulation, ultrasound and medical education. Our research program supports an active group of primary and collaborative investigators.

Applicants must have a master's degree in a related discipline , Official transcripts, Academic reference and a current CV. a minimum TOEFL total score of 600 (paper-based) or TOEFL iBT minimum scores of: writing (24/30); speaking (22/30); reading (22/30); listening (20/30), for a total of 88/122
