The PhD course emphasizes evolutionary and ecological perspectives. .We are interested in answering big questions about human behavior and evolution using innovative methods and techniques. The degree programs use scientific methods and hands-on research opportunities for graduate students. Topical areas of specialization include human behavioral ecology, computational modeling, cooperation and social networks, demography, functional morphology, stone and ceramic artifact analysis, genetics, epidemiology, biomedical anthropology, and zooarchaeology.
A master's degree with a minimum overall grade of B, First Class or First Division in all degrees, GPA of 3.0 (on a scale of 0.0-4.33) or the equivalent, First Class or First Division in all degrees, TOEFL ibT of 93 with minimum of 20 in each category, IELTS of overall band score of 7.0 of the academic (NOT general) test with a minimum of 6.5 in each section
