Program Overview

The field of Clinical Psychology is offered primarily by the Department of Psychological Clinical Science at University of Toronto Scarborough Campus (UTSC). Applicants to this field will be required to submit a separate online application from OISE graduate programs. The mission of the Clinical Psychology Field at UTSC is, Innovators in clinical science to advance research, training and practice. We strive to provide students with state-of-the-art theoretical, research and professional training in clinical psychology. The primary aim is to create leaders in clinical research and practice who function in a variety of professional settings including, research, applied, and administrative settings.

Additional Information & Requirements

An appropriate four-year honours degree in psychology or equivalent and MA in psychology or equivaent from a recognized university, with a standing grade equivalent to a University of Toronto A- or better in the final year, TOEFL ibT of 93 with 22 in writing and speaking, MELAB of 85, IELTS of 7.0 (Academic)with at least 6.5 for each component, COPE of 76 (with at least 22 in each component and 32 in the writing component), International ESL Program- a final grade of B in Level 60, Academic transcripts, 2 Recommendation letters, CV, Evidence of relevant professional experience is preferred, Evidence of relevant research experience is preferred, Paid work experience or volunteer experience, Successful professional experience as a counsellor, Statement of Intent
