"In accordance with the resolutions of the 63rd and 66th meetings of the Degree Committee, from the summer of 2002, our university has fully implemented the system of anonymous evaluation of doctoral thesis and the avoidance of comments by tutors in defence. The Degree Assessment Sub-Committee of the Faculty of Physics decided to implement the implementation measures developed by the school and to implement a ""single-blind system"" (the name of the reviewer is hidden from the authors of the degree thesis and their tutors' groups and members of the Defence Committee), and to inform the following of the specific operations and schedules."
