Program Overview

The common tasks of the Earth Evolution Sciences program are to decode the co-evolutional history of the earth,life and the environment from the birth of our planet up to present, and to forecast quantitatively the relation between geosphere and biosphere. In order to achieve these goals,the program is organized into six ordinary fields and one cooperative graduate school system with National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology.

Additional Information & Requirements

Persons who have graduated from a foreign country's university located in Japan (after an 18-year education period at the time of graduation) which is recognized by the Japanese Minister of Education as a foreign country's educational facility. Those who have obtained a Master's Degree, and those who are expected to complete their Master's Degree by March of the year in which they intend to enter the program are eligible to apply. TOEFL, TOEIC, or IELTS Test Score Report.
