MAHSA University s Doctor of Dental Surgery is a comprehensive dental surgery programme that aims to produce graduates with advanced, evidenced-based clinical training who will possess the expertise to provide excellent professional service in dentistry. The modules are an integration of biomedical, clinical and behavioral sciences, with particular emphasis on human anatomy, craniofacial biology, physiology, biochemistry, microbiology, pathology, pharmacology, human organ systems, associated disease processes, emergency procedures, infection control, oral health diseases, biomaterials, operative dentistry, prosthodontics, oral surgery, public health and community dentistry besides various other areas of dentistry.
