The objective is to analyze the relationship between corporate governance and corporate social responsibility, different stakeholder approaches, contemporary global issues of corporate social responsibility, business ethics and sustainability, and combines the perspectives academic and practical. It also studies social responsibility processes and their consequences in the value chain, so that doctoral students make inclusive decisions governed from an ethical point of view.
