Program Overview

The Department of Veterinary Medicine is a five-year program to train clinical veterinarians and has master's and doctoral programs. There are 35 full-time teachers, 34 of whom have Ph.D., and they have particular competitive advantages in the following six research fields: Small Animal Medicine and Oncology, Avian Diseases, Large Animals and Economic Animals, Pathology Biology, Human and Animal Communicable Diseases and Animal welfare.
