They must attain a minimum of 550 on the paper-based, 213 on the computer-based, or 80 on the internet-based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), or attain a minimum overall band score of 6.5 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS),letter of recommendation and curriculam vitae.
