PH.D in Computer Sciences Students study, research, study leadingedge technology and tools, and gain integrated knowledge. Moreover Students must pass the Qualifying Exam. It consists of two parts, the Breadth Requirement and the Written and Oral exam. Also write and defend, a Dissertation. Finally Students undertake tool requirement, demonstrating proficiency in a modern computer typesetting system suitable for writing technical papers that include mathematical equations and graphics or reading competency in two languages selected from French, German, and Russian or significant laboratory experience involving computer science.
