Program Overview

The Post-Bacc Family Nurse Practitioner DNP program prepares nurses to assume the role of primary care provider for patients from birth until the end of life, promoting, maintaining, and restoring the health of individuals and families. Graduates will be eligible to sit for certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner. The program is designed for either part-time or full-time study.
