Program Overview

UNCG s nationally recognized School of Nursing is now offering the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Nurse Anesthesia. Graduates of the program have advanced clinical skills to optimize health outcomes in the provision of quality anesthesia care and to assume leadership positions in anesthesia nursing practice. CRNA positions offer great flexibility with a variety of work settings including, but not limited to: hospitals, clinics, ambulatory surgery centers. Graduates of this program are prepared for the National Certification Exam for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
