Program Overview

The doctor of nursing practice (DNP) program prepares nurses in advanced practice to provide clinical leadership in the delivery of culturally competent, evidence-based, disease state management and/or system-based care. Graduates also are prepared for interprofessional collaboration and outcome management to support the provision of quality and safety in complex health care systems. The program is available in both an accelerated format for bachelor's prepared nurses and in the traditional post-master's format.
