Application for admission. A baccalaureate degree. Official transcripts are required from all institutions attended. A minimal prerequisite GPA of 3.0 is required. GRE score of 150 for the Verbal section and 150 for the Quantitative section. A minimum of 40 hours of documented observation in at least two different physical therapy clinical settings. Minimum of 2 recommendations. Interview with the faculty. Written essay. Notarized Affidavit of support and financial statement. Proof of required immunizations. Copy of passport. Official TOEFL score of 61 or IELTS score of 6.0.
