PhD Biological Sciences in Integrative and Organismal Biology

This program is for students interested in basic organismal in both terrestrial and aquatic environments. Modern biological studies often include a series of different approaches from molecular to ecological levels of investigation to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the mechanisms governing how organisms are adapted to their environment. Students in this program approach their studies with a focus on the organisms and utilize whatever tools are necessary to answer specific questions.
