Program Overview

This program is based on the new challenges of construction management which integrate information technologies applied to construction, 3D modeling techniques, time, costs, building energy modeling and data modeling. for building operation.It aims to give students a good understanding of the impact of information technologies, integrated approaches on industry practices as well as notions of organizational maturity in building data modeling. The program also uses advanced techniques for supply management and information flow management.This short program is generally carried out on a part-time basis. Its average duration is seven sessions (two years and four months).

Additional Information & Requirements

Hold a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in civil engineering, construction engineering or a related field, obtained with a cumulative average of at least 3.0 out of 4.3 or the equivalent; the candidate having obtained an average between 2.8 and 3.0 out of 4.3 can be admitted after study of the file;OR have the necessary knowledge, appropriate training and experience deemed relevant.The candidate whose preparation is not considered sufficient may be required to take refresher courses or a propaedeutic.
