Abu Dhabi International School (AIS) was founded in 1992 by Mrs. Jihan Nasr to offer quality education to the residents of capital of emirates. AIS is a private Co-educational school located in Al Manhal, Abu Dhabi offering classes from K-12. One of the most interesting features of Abu Dhabi International school is that students can choose to study either American Curriculum, British curriculum or International Baccalaureate Diploma (IBD). Currently the school has around 3,500 students belonging from 70 different nationalities in which majority are Jordanians (24%), followed by Egyptian (17%) and Syrian (10%). The school has 5% student body reserved for students with determination.
