  • 1) Previous report cards (where applicable):
  • a) A School copy of the Term 1 or Term 2 School Report for the current Academic Year
  • b) A copy of the Final School Report for up to 3 previous Academic Years from ADEK’s eSIS System (to be obtained from the current school).
  • 2) Two passport-size photographs of the student.
  • 3) A copy of the student's Birth Certificate
  • 4) A valid copy of the student's Passport
  • 5) A valid copy of the parent/guardian passport:
  • a) In case Parents are divorced: Copy of the Guardian's passport + Custody Letter
  • b) In case of The Father's Death, a Death certificate is required
  • 6) A copy of the Immunization Record of the student's
  • 7) One copy of the student Emirates ID (both sides)
  • 8) Recommendation Form for Behavioral Conduct: should be Filled and Sealed by the Previous School.
  • 9) Health Form: should be filled accurately and any conditions disclosed clearly. (Health Form Link)
  • 10) To Whom It May Concern Certificate for Non - Outstanding Balance from the previous school for valid registration purpose
  • 11) A signed copy of the ADNOC Schools Terms and Conditions
  • 12) Complete the Admissions Information Form
  • 13) Sign the Behavioral Undertaking Form
  • 14) Complete the Parent Consent Letter about Transferred Students from British Curriculum only
  • 15) Sign the Photography Permission Form
  • 16) Sign the Technology Access and Usage Consent
