2. A School copy of Term 1 or Term 2 School Report for the current Academic Year

3. A copy of the Final School Report for up to 3 previous Academic Years from ADEK’s eSIS System (to be obtained from current school).

4. 2 photos (passport size)

5. A copy of Birth Certificate

6. A valid copy of the applicant's Passport

7. A valid copy of the parent/guardian passport

8. In case of Divorced Parent: Copy of the Guardian passport + Custody Letter

9. In case of The Father's Death, Death certificate is required

10. A copy of Immunization Record

11. A copy of the Applicant Emirates ID (both sides)

12. Recommendation Form for Behavioural Conduct: should be Filled and Sealed by the Previous School.

13. Health Form: should be filled accurately and any conditions disclosed clearly.

14. To Whom It May Concern Certificate for Non - Outstanding Balance from the previous school for valid registration purpose

15. A signed copy of the ADNOC School Terms and Conditions

16. Complete the Admissions Information Form

17. Sign the Behavioural Undertaking Form

18. Complete the Parent Consent Letter about Transferred Students from British Parent Consent Letter about Transferred Students from British Curriculum only

19. Sign the Photography Permission Form

20. Sign the Technology Access and Usage Consent
