  • Recommendation Form for Behavioral Conduct: should be Filled and Sealed by the Previous School
  • Health Form: should be filled accurately and any conditions disclosed clearly
  • To Whom It May Concern Certificate for Non - Outstanding Balance from the previous school for valid registration purpose
  • A signed copy of the ADNOC Schools Terms and Conditions
  • Completed Admissions Information Form
  • Signed Behavioral Undertaking form
  • Signed Photography Permission form
  • Signed Technology Access and Usage Consent.
