Adventist International Mission School - Korat

In 2009, the Adventist International Mission School (AIMS) in Muaklek, Saraburi was visited by a group of fourteen Koratian parents. Examining the school and its objectives was the visit's main goal. Following the visit, four families registered their kids at AIMS-Muaklek. Nevertheless, several families were unable to enroll their children in AIMS Muaklek due to the 103-kilometer distance between Korat and Muaklek. Eventually, parents in Korat asked the Southeast Asia Union Mission Board of Directors to allow the Adventist International Mission School to be opened in Nakhonratchasima, Korat, and their request was granted. In its first year of operation, the school was housed in a rented, used kindergarten that had been modified to allow for the enrollment of sixteen kids. The name change from Adventist International Mission School Korat (AIMS-Korat) to Korat Adventist International School (KAIS) was accepted by the school board on January 18, 2021. On September 27, 2021, the new name, Korat Adventist International School, was formally registered.
