Ajman American Private School

At the Ajman American Private School the admission process begins with the child's online registration, or the parents can visit the school campus to learn more about the facilities and teaching practices. The parents are requested to submit the following documents, once the registration form is completed and those documents are as mentioned below:-

• a. A copy of the application’s passport.
• b. A copy of the parents’ or sponsor’s passport.
• c. Transfer certificate (Attested).
• d. A copy of the Emirates ID card of the applicant.
• e. A copy of the Emirates ID cards of both parents.
• f. Two recent passport size photographs.
• g. A copy of the applicant’s immunization or vaccination card.
• h. A copy of the applicant’s birth certificate either in English or Arabic (Attested).
• i. Most recent School report/mark sheet (Grade 1 above)/nursery (previous two years) copy.
• The Ajman American Private School Al Jurf 1 schedules an interview or assessment for the applicant, once these documents are submitted. For the entrance exam the new applicants who qualify will be evaluated based on the age-appropriate assessments and activities.
• The registration fee the parents must deposit, which is non-refundable and non-adjustable but against the first term’s tuition fees will be adjusted.
• Please note that all the admissions are provisional and from the Ministry of Education, Ajman are subject to the approval etc.
