Ajyal International School - Al Falah

I. For the Child:

a. Copy of latest School reports for the current year, and final report for last year (if applicable)

b. Reference form to be completed by current school or nursery (if applicable) and sent confidentially to the registrar by e-mail or with parents in a sealed envelope.

c. Reference letter for Pre-KG to Grade 1

d. Reference letter for Grade 2 to Grade 10

e. Transfer letter if transferring from outside UAE, or Transfer certificate if transferring from another Emirate within UAE

f. Medical Form

g. Copy of Insurance Card

h. Copy of valid passport and valid Emirates ID

i. Copy of birth certificate and vaccination records.

II. For the Parents:

a. Copy of valid passport and Emirates ID for the father and the mother.

b. 1 photo (passport size) for Father and Mother

c. Copy of the family book (for UAE applicants only)

You need to know:

1. For birth certificates, attestation is required from the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the UAE Embassy of the country of origin    

2. For transfer letters, attestation is required from the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the UAE Embassy of the country of origin.

3. Exemption of attestation requirements applies only to schools in North America, West Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
