Al Alameen International School

To enroll or get admission to the Al Alameen International School, the parents need to fill out the registration form which is available on the school website, and the following documents are required as mentioned below.

List of Required Documents:

1. Copy of the student’s Birth Certificate.

2. Copy of the student's passport.

3. Parents' passport copy and iqama copy.

4. Residence Permit/ID copy (Iqama) (on parent’s Iqama the student must be shown). (Please provide as soon as possible, if the Iqama is under process).

5. Copy of the student’s Vaccination/Immunization Certificate.

6. Passport-sized photos of the student.

7. In Saudi Arabia the new students coming from a school, all the previous report cards (duly attested by the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia) must submit. During the school year, the students entering must also submit the school records for the current year-to-date.

8. Outside Saudi Arabia the new students transferring from a school, by the Saudi Embassy of the Origin Country and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Origin Country and the school in which the student last attended all the previous year's Report Cards must be authenticated and attested.

9. From the previous school the School Leaving Certificate (stating the date of enrollment, the grade completed, the result at the end of that grade, and the date of withdrawal).

10. A Noor System Transfer Print Out is a must.

11. Financial clearance from the previous school.

12. Employment letter from Father's company etc.
