Al Alawael Private School

To enroll or get admission at the Al Alawael Private School, the following documents are required for each student applicant and those documents are as mentioned below:

1. School’s Application Form (completed).
2. Copy of Birth Certificate.
3. Copy of family card or renewed Iqama for Non-Saudis.
4. Copy of renewed Passport.
5. Four passport photos.
6. Copy of Immunization Report.
7. Official report cards of all previous grades.
8. Good Conduct Certificate from previous school (If available).

Please contact the registrar to apply for enrollment to provide with the necessary information and for an entrance exam to make an appointment.

For placement the child will be evaluated, for the corresponding grade level considering his/her readiness. In English, Mathematics, and Arabic the Grades K-9 applicants will be asked to take a placement assessment along with an oral examination, if necessary.

For admission when a student proves to be viable, kindly complete the application form and along with the necessary documents submit it at the registrar's office. If the necessary documents for the student file are not provided then no registration payment will be accepted.

The parents are encouraged to discuss details with the school administration after registration and later for mutual benefit fully cooperate with it.

The parents whose children are on probation will be notifies of their son/daughter's status and will have to acknowledge the needs of such a condition (closer follow-up, tutor). Again the student will be evaluated at the end of the probation period. He/she will either pass, meeting grade level or will be notified for action, during the year if no progress is shown later etc.
