  • Copy of Kholasat Al Qaid for LOCALS ONLY.

  • Copy of Vaccination Card.
  • Four Passport Size Photographs.
  • Financial Clearance letter from the previous school.
  • School Continuation Certificate shows the ministry student Number.
  • Last Student’s Report Card attained from the previous school.
  • Certificate of GOOD CONDUCT from the previous school
  • Filled up New Admission Form.
  • Filled up New Admission Medical Form.
  • The previous Medical File.
  • Note: Parents of FS1 & FS2 students are required to submit/present the Original Emirates ID card to the Registration Department between March 01-24 of the current calendar year, failing which the child(ren)’s admission/registration will be withheld/cancelled.
  • For students transferring from Sharjah schools: Transfer Certificate, Original and valid Emirates ID, a copy of final Report Card.
  • For students transferring from Indian/Pakistani curriculum or Govt. schools inside UAE: School Leaving Certificate, Original and valid Emirates ID, Original Report Card (duly attested by MOE.
  • For students transferring from other GCC countries: Transfer Certificate, Original and valid Emirates ID, Original Report Card (duly attested by the MOE of their country).
  • For students transferring from other overseas countries: Transfer Certificate, Original and valid Emirates ID, Original Report Card (duly attested by their country’s MOE, Foreign Affairs and UAE Embassy).
