Al Dhafra Private School, located in MBZ City, Abu Dhabi, was founded in 1983 and prioritises academic achievement as well as respect for tradition and culture. In order to build a community centred on students, one of trust, and one of support, it relocated to freshly constructed premises in Mohammed Bin Zayed City in 2012. Al Dhafra School's Abu Dhabi campus has first-rate tools to promote autonomous, inventive learners and thinkers.

The president of the student council, Maitha Alnaqbi, was recently accepted to New York University, Abu Dhabi. Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Scholarship was also given to Maitha in addition to her outstanding achievement.
