Al Hussan international Grammar schools- Khobar

To enroll or get admission in the Al Hussan International Grammar School, there are the following requirements of registration and admission and those are as mentioned below:

1. Application for Admission-

a. Complete the admission application.

b. Parent/guardian and student must come to the school.

c. Admission to Kindergarten and Grade One is based upon the age limits announced by the Ministry of Education.

2. Registration Requirements-

a. Successfully passing the admission assessment /interview.

b. Providing the following documents:

1. Four recent photographs (size: 4x6 cm).

2. Photocopy of the child’s birth certificate (The original birth certificate is required to check accuracy of photocopy).

3. Photocopy of the vaccinations record as per the Ministry of Health’s requirements.

4. For Saudi students, the family ID document that clearly mentions the student’s name is required.

5. A photocopy of passport, Iqama and print out from Absher are required for the Non-Saudi students.

6. Student   health   record   from   previous school(s).

7. Copy of the father/guardian’s employment confirmation letter.

8. Copy of Father (Guardian) passport and Iqama.

9. From abroad the student coming should have Final Report Card or Equivalency Certificate attested from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Education and the Saudi Embassy or in the country Saudi Culture Center where the student is coming from.

10. All original final report cards from previous school(s) (For Grade 2 to onwards).

11. Original leaving certificate from the previous school(s).

c. Father/Guardian is required to read and sign the Registration Form.

d. Parent/Guardian has to pay the SR 2000 as advance payment before the assessment/ interview.

e. Settle the school fees if the student has been admitted etc.
