The Al Hussan International Schools- Khobar (AHISK) is the first International School established in September 1998 and is located in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. This school follows the IB curriculum and for the students from Pre-K to Grade 12 offers a well-rounded education through its provision of different programs of instruction. On the same campus it has two separate section for Boys and Girls; however, the pre-school which is at a separate location is in the same vicinity.
The environment and the experiences the AHISK provides which promote the social, moral and intellectual development of all its pupils. Within a strong, caring community every child is cherished and receives support and encouragement.
The school acknowledge that every child is born with unique potential, and they seek to develop each child's creativity, expand their horizons and prepare them to be responsible global citizens and leaders. To continually improve the quality of education it provides for this the AHISK strives etc.

The Al Hussan International Schools- Khobar IB students beat the World Wide average again. For the past five years, in many subjects the AHISK students have beaten the World Wide IB average and May 2015 results were no different. This year in the following subjects the students have beaten the World Wide average and those subjects are as mentioned below: Group 1 Language A:  English Literature Standard Level. Group 2 Language B:  Arabic Abinitio. Language B:  Arabic Higher Level. Language B:  Arabic Standard Level. Language B:  French Standard Level Group 4 Physics Higher Level. Group 5 Math Studies Standard Level. Math Higher Level. The school congratulates to all their students and teachers. Also, apart from these the school very proudly announces the results of the External Examinations (IGCSE & A Levels) May/June 2018 and IBDP. In all the subjects their students excelled in the examinations. Their commitment to passion and excellence doubled with students’ efforts has made them proud. External Examinations Highlights:- 1. Cambridge: a. 67% of the students scored A* to A in IGCSE Examinations. b. 25% of the students scored B to C in IGCSE Examinations. c. Overall 92% of the students scored A* to C in IGCSE Examinations. d. 48% of the students scored A* to B in A Level Examinations. e. Overall 70% of the students scored A* to C in A Level Examinations. 2. IBDP: In seven subjects the school beat the World Wide average and those subjects are Arabic Abinitio, Arabic B SL, French Abinitio, Business Management HL, Information Technology in a Global Society SL, Biology HL & Chemistry SL etc.

Non-Academic Achievements

The Al Hussan International Schools- Khobar Girls section conducted an incredible “Sports Day” on the 4th & 5th March 2020 at the schools’ gymnasium. The High spirited students chanting in support of their team was a joyful site to watch as Yellow, Blue, Green, and Red team competed for the win! from the Grade 3 Boys the Yellow team won the 1st place and from Grade 3 to 6 the Green team won, while with pride as winners the Red team from Grade 7 to 10 proudly raised the cup. Along with amazing dance performances by their talented students several games were played. In order to appreciate and reward their achievements medals and trophies were distributed. The lovely mothers presence made this event more memorable, and their supporting teachers participated wholeheartedly. Excitement, enthusiasm, and joy all were moments worth experiencing. Also, apart from these on the 4th of October 2018, the AHISK-Girls section conducted its Honor Roll Distribution for Semester 2 – Year 2017/2018. For their academic achievements the students were recognized with the presence of their mothers and took the certificates as well as trophies in various categories: a. Honor & High Honor. b. Highest achiever per Grade. c. Highest achiever per Subject. d. Best Behavior for all grades per section. e. The First Merit achiever for primary, middle, and high school certificate and trophy. The school congratulates to all their students and are so proud of their accomplishments and efforts etc.
