Important Information

Application for Admission:

1. As advance payment the Parent/Guardian must pay SR 1000 fee before the placement test/interview.

2. The amount is considered part of the tuition fees if the student is accepted.

3. Within four weeks the amount will be refunded by cheque in the name of parent/guardian if the student is not accepted.

4. After attempting the placement test or the interview if the student has been accepted, but in the school the parent/guardian decides not to enroll his/her child, SR 1000 i.e. the advance payment will not be refunded.

5. If the seat is available and registration is approved then the school fees must be fully paid.

Financial details:
For paying the tuition fees prescribed for the academic year the school administration has developed an integrated system on the basis that they are annual fees to be paid in advance in one payment, three installments may be accepted by the school administration.

Concluded between the school administration and the guardian/parent of the student this agreement is considered a contract with all its terms, conditions, content, and appendices, and in the event that the student contines for the subsequent academic years without interruption unless the guardian/parent signs a new contract after this contract it is considered valid.

1. At the accountant's the payment may be made in cash or through a debit card.

Office during working hours. For the amount paid the parent/guardian will receive a receipt.

1. In case by a cheque or bank transfer the payment is made, until the amount is deposited in the school’s account the receipt is delayed. To the school accountant a copy of the bank transfer should be sent through the school’s official communication channels.

2. As an advance a re-registration fee of SR 1000 (Non-Refundable) should be paid, and from next year's tuition fees this will be adjusted. (According to the School Policy).

3. In the case of registering in the school bus. The transportation fees is SR 4500.

4. To the applicable tax as per Saudi Law all the tuition and transportation fees are subject.

The fee structure mentioned from Pre-KG/KG1 to Grade 12 is for the academic year 2023 to 2024, but the fee structure for Grade 10 to Grade 12 A Level is SR 31,500 whereas for Grade 11 & Grade 12 IB it is SR 38,000. However, in the fee structure for Grade 11 & Grade 12 IB it is mentioned.
