Application Requirements

  • 1) One copy of the student’s passport with valid residence visa, original Emirates ID (both sides), and birth certificate.
  • 2) One copy of the parent’s passport with a valid residence visa and original Emirates ID (both sides).
  • 3) Copy of custody papers (if applicable).
  • 4) One copy of the student’s last year’s school report card.
  • 5) Grade 9 to 12 students must submit a Letter of Good Conduct from the last school attended.
  • 6) Need to submit the results of MAP and CAT4 tests from the previous school.
  • 7) Students residing within Dubai need to provide the original Transfer Certificate (attested) and transcript from the previous school.
  • 8) Students coming from other emirates need to provide the original Transfer Certificate and transcript from the previous school duly attested from the appropriate Educational Zone.
  • 9) Students coming from outside the UAE need to provide the original Transfer Certificate and transcript letter from the previous school (either in Arabic or English) duly attested by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and UAE Embassy in the country of origin.
  • 10) All new applicants will have to pass an assessment test and an interview.
  • 11) The school will not reveal the result of the assessment and interview until and unless parents give the mandatory documents to the registrar.
  • 12) When the documents have been submitted, parents need to proceed with the payment.
  • 13) The school occasionally offers special and academic support classes; hence parents are required to sign the suggestions.
  • 14) Registration will be nullified if the student does not attend school for three consecutive weeks without any prior notice.
  • 15) Students applying from outside of Dubai for admission will have to provide original and legal transfer papers before September.
