NOTE: Except for a student migrating from the USA, Australia, Canada, UK, and Europe, if the previous school falls outside UAE, the TC must also be attested by the following: 

a) Ministry of Education 

b) Ministry of Foreign Affairs (in the student’s previous country) 

c) UAE Embassy (in the student’s previous country) 

d) Consulate of that country (situated in Dubai)

• A copy of the student’s passport and residence visa (where applicable) with the Unified Identification Number (UID)
• A scanned copy of the student’s Birth Certificate
• Four recent passport-sized photos of the student
• A copy of the Family Book (for UAE nationals only)
• A copy of the student’s Emirates ID
• A copy of the student’s Vaccination Card
• Student Medical File from previous school (including updated immunization records)
• School report/transcript from previous two academic years
• Specialist reports for any students of determination
• Copy of Transfer Certificate from previous school (attested by KHDA/Ministry of Education for students coming from another Emirate)
• A copy of Father’s/Guardian’s valid passport and residence visa (where applicable)
• A copy of Father’s/Guardian’s Emirates ID
• A copy of Mother’s/Guardian’s valid passport and residence visa (where applicable)
• A copy of Mother’s/Guardian’s Emirates ID
