Al Salam Private School

To apply at the Al Salam Private School, fill out the online application form available on its website. A reference number will be generated, once completed. Throughout the admission process as this number is crucial, so parents are advised to write this number. If all the required documents are submitted and the registration fee is paid, then only the admission request will be considered.

Once the required document and the registration fee is received by the school, it contacts the parents to bring their child for an assessment. In the foundation stage for admission, the assessment is based on observations and a short assessment. For admission in KS1 the school conducts a written assessment in Arabic, English and Mathematics. For admission in KS2 it conducts GL Cognitive Ability Test (CAT) in English and Arabic. It charges an assessment fee of 500 AED. About the outcome of the assessment the school informs the parents within 5 working days.
The school emails an offer letter to the parents upon the successful completion of the assessment. The names of the successful candidates are placed in the waiting list if there is no vacancy. To successfully enroll the child, pay an admission fee of 500 AED along with the following documents:
a. Original Emirates ID card of parents and the candidate.
b. Four recent passport-size photographs of the candidate.
c. A copy of the candidate’s UAE residence visa.
d. Copies of the candidate’s vaccination record.
e. Signed parent-school agreement.
f. Copies of health/psychological assessment documents (in case of students of determination).
Additionally, as per the KHDA guidelines, the parents need to pay 5% of the annual tuition fee as a re-registration fee. For the first term, the re-registration fee is adjusted in the tuition fee.
