Important Information

Student Registration or Re-registration fees:
Within four months before the start of the academic year the student registration or re-registration fee is collected, provided that from the school fees approved by the Council it is subsequently deducted, and of the value of the approved tuition fees this amount does not exceed (5%). When the student is enrolled in the school, the school collects registration or re-registration fees and not when applying to the school for admission.
If the student enrolls in school on any day - or days - of the first week of the semester the school has the right to retain the registration or re-registration fee, or in school does not enroll and before the start of the actual study the parent does not notify the school in writing sufficiently. In the event that due to the lack of an academic seat the student does not enroll in the school, to the student's guardian to return the full registration fee the school is obliged.

Tuition and Other Fees:
From one to four installments the tuition fees are collected - according to the agreement with the guardian - and with the beginning of the third semester the parents must cover the school fees, and within a month before the start of the school year the parents must pay the first installment.

In the following cases the school retains a certain amount of tuition fees:

1. If the student attends school for any period from the first week of the semester, or does not attend school and before the start of the actual study the parent does not notify the school in writing sufficiently. The school is then entitled to retain the registration or re-registration fee.

2. If a student attends the school for one to three weeks in a term, the school is entitled to keep one full month's worth of tuition.

3. If a student attends the school for more than three weeks to a maximum of six weeks in a term, the school is entitled to retain two full months' worth of tuition fees.

4. If a student attends school for more than six weeks in a term, the school is entitled to retain the full value of the tuition fees for the term.

To the new students and the students who registered after the start of the semester these cases apply. From the duration of the week the official holidays and the days of absence are calculated. From the value of the total tuition fees divided by ten months the value of one month's fees should be estimated. To refund the student's textbooks and school uniform fees in full the guardian has the right if they have not been used yet. Using the same method as tuition fees the school transportation fees should be refunded. The parents must be informed by the school administration in writing of these conditions upon the registration or re-registration, ideally through a written agreement between the parent and the school.

Non-Payment of School Fees:
Through written notifications and text messages the school communicates with the guardian to remind them of the delay in paying the agreed-upon installments.
A letter will be sent to temporarily suspend the student from studying for a period of up to three days, after being warned three times. When the guardian refuses to pay, from the student the school will withhold the result and from issuing the transfer certificates (or withholding the transfer of the student on the electronic student information system) refrain and from re-registering refrain. The student is pending settlement of fees, and admission to exams at the end of the semester or year or any exam scheduled during the year no student may be denied because of non-payment of the school fees.
