Albany Hills State School application requirements are as follows:

For pupils in prep through year six, Albany Hills State School is a top-performing independent public school. Subject to the Education (General Provisions) Act 2006, any student whose primary residence is located within the school's catchment region External link is eligible to enroll at the institution. Enrollment forms must be provided with proof of residency. 

Without the enrolling staff seeing your child's birth certificate, enrollments will not be allowed. If a birth certificate cannot be obtained, an alternative will be taken into consideration.
For pupils who don't fit the requirements for enrollment, a waiting list is kept at the school office. Out-of-catchment enrolments may be accepted from the waiting list in the order of receipt if and when spare capacity becomes available. The current school year ends at the end of the waiting list period.
