Alderley Edge School for Girls Application Requirements are as follows:

For an observational evaluation in the EYFS, a Taster Day is necessary.
Candidates for The Prep programme complete an age-appropriate written assessment and go to a Taster Day. Along with the most recent school report, a reference from the student's current school is needed.
On a designated 11+ Examination Day, candidates for the 11+ programme take papers in verbal reasoning, mathematics, and English that are provided by the school. Along with the most recent school report, a reference from the student's current school is needed. The Headmistress will interview each applicant as well.
Creative writing, English, and mathematics papers are required for admission to Years 8 through 11. Along with the most recent school report, a reference from the student's current school is needed.

Students are given conditional offers for Sixth Form based on their GCSE scores, a school reference, and an interview with the Head of Sixth Form.
