Application Requirements

  • 1) Four Recent Passport-size Colored photographs of the child.
  • 2) Photocopy of the child’s birth certificate.
  • 3) One Copy of the child’s vaccination card.
  • 4) Photocopy of the student's passport with a valid residence visa for non-UAE citizens.
  • 5) Copy of the Family Book (for the UAE Citizen) Or a copy of the mother’s Family Book Log (Emirati Mothers).
  • 6) Copy of the student’s original Emirates ID
  • 7) One photocopy of each of both parents’ original Emirates IDs
  • 8) Student’s Medical report from the previous school.
  • 9) The student’s last year’s report card and transfer certificate
  • 10) Transfer Certificate Requirements:
  • • For Students coming from the same emirate: The Grade II to IX students must submit their transfer certificate attested by the last school attended. The Grade X to XII students should submit a transfer certificate from the last school attended and the last two report cards attested by KHDA.
  • • For students coming from the other Emirates in the UAE: The Grade II to IX students is required to submit their transfer certificate attested by the last school attended and the education zone of the emirate and Grade X to XII students should submit their attested transfer certificate from the last school attended and the education zone of the emirate and the last two report cards.
  • • For Students coming from a different curriculum: The Grade IX to XII students should submit the final report card for the last two years and Grades X to XII students who have not pursued Ministerial and Governmental curricula are required to get and submit proof of alikeness.
  • • For Students coming from a school outside the UAE: The Grade X to XII students is required to submit the last two report cards and transfer certificate attested by the Ministry of Education, The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the UAE consulate where the school was located. Grade X to XII students isto obtain and submit proof of equivalency. Grade Ito VIII students who have undertaken the CAT4 test in their previous school should submit the assessment report.
