Application Requirements

  • Student’s passport-size photograph.
  • Student’s second passport photo page (if required).
  • Both parent’s passport photo page
  • All records from previous schools attended include:
  • i) Contact information for the last school attended, including teacher name, email address, phone number, and school email address (AIS-R will contact the current school to obtain a Confidential Teacher Reference. The Confidential Teacher Reference must be completed and on file, before a student can be considered for admissions testing and AIS-R’s applicant wait for the pool.)
  • ii) Student's Previous year’s final report card in English
  • iii) Current year-to-date report card in English
  • iv) Standardized test records (MAP, PSAT, SAT, etc), if requesting an entrance test exemption (required for applicants in Grades 3-12 not residing in Saudi Arabia)
  • V) If applicable student's: Special Education/IEP/504 records, including psychological test results
  • vi) Financial Clearance Letter (only if transferring from a school in Saudi Arabia)
  • Student and sponsoring parent’s iqama (if not available upon application, please forward a copy to [email protected] when issued)
  • Immunization Record of the student
  • A company letter acknowledging sponsorship/employment
  • A Receipt of the non-refundable Application Fee
  • If a student is a Saudi National (PreK-Grade12):
  • i) Family Book
  • ii) Ministry of Education (MoE) approval letter
