 American School Hong Kong was established in 2016 and is a non-profit international school in Hong Kong. It provides quality education to students from KG to Grade 12. It offers holistic American education which professional North American teachers teach. The teachers motivate and inspire students to achieve excellence. It is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges and the Middle State Association of Schools and Colleges. These two are the leading accrediting commissions for schools in the US. It is also an IB World School that offer IB Diploma Programme for students in Grade 11 and 12.  The school is managed by Esol Education which is one of the largest operators of International American schools.

The students of American School Hong Kong have good academic performance. The students from KG to Grade 10 appear for US Common Core examinations and the students from Grade 11-12 prepare for IBDP examinations. Some students perform excellently and are awarded to secure top positions.
