School History & Details

Angle Vale is experiencing a significant surge in population, primarily due to the ongoing construction of numerous housing developments. As a result, there has been a notable influx of young families relocating to this area. In response to this rapid growth, Angle Vale Primary School implemented zoning restrictions in 2018, only accepting students who have siblings already enrolled in the school. However, it has become evident that Angle Vale Primary School is unable to adequately accommodate the increasing number of families moving into the community. Consequently, the Department for Education has taken action by establishing a new educational institution in Angle Vale. This newly established school, known as Riverbanks College, officially commenced operations this year and caters to students from birth to 12th grade. It is worth noting that both Riverbanks College and Angle Vale Primary School fall within the same primary school zone, ensuring a seamless transition for students within the area.
