School History & Details

Ardingly College is based at Ardingly, West Sussex, England. The school is both a day and boarding school. In order to give education thoroughly rooted in the Christian faith, Canon Nathaniel Woodard established Ardingly College near Shoreham as "St Saviour's College" in 1858. Three independent schools make up Ardingly: a Pre-Preparatory School for students ages 2 to 7, a Junior School for students in age 7 to 13, and a Senior School for students in age 13 to 18. The school has won the Royal Society of Chemistry Top of the Bench Competition, which was commanded at the time by Thomas Hindle, and is consistently ranked among the top International Baccaleaurate schools.
