• Photograph: Upload a recent photo of the applicant
• Personal Profile: A 300-word letter of introduction, as described in the link found in MySchoolApp.
Candidates applying to Grades 7-12 are to write their own personal profile. Parents may support
candidates applying to Grades 4, 5 and 6. The completed personal profile is uploaded to the online
application.
• Upload 2021-2022 final report card
• Upload 2022-2023 report cards as they become available
• Confidential Reference: Please click “Add” to enter the email of the applicant’s Math or English
teacher, or school Principal, then submit. Our fillable PDF will be sent directly to the recipient to
complete and submit to Admissions.
