Asian International School- Ruwais

At Asian International Private School Al Ruwais the admission process is straightforward. The interested parents are required to fill out and submit the registration form available on the school's website. To proceed with the admission request the parents also need to submit the following documents:

1. Completed registration form (printed out from the website).

2. Attested birth certificate for admission in KG and Grade 1 (copy of front and backside).

3. Copy of the candidate’s passport.

4. Copy of the candidate’s valid residence visa.

5. Copy of Emirates ID of the candidate (both sides).

6. Copy of parents’ passports, visa and Emirates ID.

7. Two passport size photographs of the candidate.

8. Previous report card for admission in Grade 2 and above.

9. Original and a copy of transfer certificate (for admission in Grade 2 and above).

10. Candidate’s medical and health declaration form.

11. Parents’ undertaking for delayed delivery of books (applicable for late admissions).

12. Medical administration consent form.

13. Student transport form (for both own transport and school transport).

14. Students’ conduct evaluation from the previous school (for admission in Grade 2 and above).

15. Complete parent undertaking form.

Please note that if applying from outside the UAE the attestation of the birth certificate is mandatory. For the transfer certificate the attestation requirements are as follows:

1. Those applying from Oman needs to get their certificate attested by the Indian Embassy or Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Embassy in Oman.

2. Those applying from other gulf countries need to get their certificate attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Education and the UAE Embassy in that country.

3. Those applying from India need to get their transfer certificate attested by the Education office of that zone/area/district, Indian Consulate in Abu Dhabi and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Also, the school gives priority to

1. Candidates who already have siblings studying in this school.

2. Candidates living close to the school.

3. Candidates performing well in the placement test.

4. Candidates depicting excellent academic qualities.

5. Kindergarten admissions.

The school will ask parents to bring their child for an assessment after submitting the form with the necessary documents. A placement test and an interview session is included in the assessment. For the admissions in Grade 1 to Grade 12 the placement test is. In Grade 8 or above admission the candidates interested have to sit the subject adaptive test.

On a waiting list the successful candidates are placed and contacted when a vacancy arrives.
