Bus service is provided from Qualicum (North Bus) to South Nanaimo (South Bus) and runs every day. If there is an interference with before or after-school busing, parents will be notified by email or phone. The full Aspengrove Student code of conduct is in effect during transportation time. Schools offer a wide range of approaches and services to support students with special needs. This may include individualized learning, one-on-one support, small classes, resource rooms, and learning aids. These supports may be provided in a number of different environments such as a dedicated special needs school or class, an integrated class, a withdrawal class, or a regular class with resource support or in-class adaptations.

You will be asked to submit the following: Birth certificate or passport page which clearly shows the student’s legal name, date/place of birth, citizenship, and photo. Two most recent report cards (Required only for Grades 1 and higher) Academic Reference Form and Character Reference Form (to be submitted directly from teacher/leader to Aspengrove; required only for Grades 1 and higher). Admissions Fee: Aspengrove has an initial, non-refundable admissions fee of $7,000. This fee is applicable for the first two children enrolled from the same family. After the enrollment of a second child, all subsequent children will be charged an initial, non-refundable registration fee of $2,500. At the Junior Kindergarten level, $3,500 is due the first year with the remainder due in Kindergarten. (The fee for students entering the school in Grades 10-11 is reduced to $3,500 total.) No, but Aspengrove offers a "Family Boarding" programme. All international students live in the home of either a staff member or the parent of a current Aspengrove family. This ensures a caring environment with social and academic support from a host family who understands and actively participates in the life of our school.
