Bible Based Curriculum
The Auckland Seventh-day Adventist High School (ASDAH) was established in 1970 and is a co-educational Christian school. ASDAH is a member of Adventist Education New Zealand; an affiliate of the world-wide Adventist education system which in the world is the largest Protestant education.
At ASDAH, academics, faith, and well-being are at the core of everything that they do.
A state-integrated coeducational Year 9 to 13 college the ASDAH. Under Adventist Schools New Zealand the school was founded and by its special character status provides a Bible-based curriculum. With over half of Tongan descent, most students and their families are of Pacific heritage. There is a small number of Maori students, and from diverse cultural backgrounds the others are. From over 20 different primary schools the Year 9 students transition, with many students travelling some distance to attend.
To Maori the school responds and other students whose learning and achievement need acceleration.
